Important Notice: Holiday Support Schedule

As the Christmas and New Year period approaches, we want to inform you of our operational schedule. Our team will be taking a well-deserved break to observe the holidays.

However, as a provider of critical, internet-based services, we maintain a commitment to continuous support. There will be no complete shutdown of our operations.


Emergency Support Availability:

Our dedicated emergency support staff will remain on-call throughout the entire holiday season. Our data centre facilities will continue to be fully staffed on-site 24/7 to ensure the stability of your services.

Ticket Prioritisation (23rd - 27th December 2025):

During this period, support will be limited to emergencies only. Urgent and critical issues will be given immediate priority. Non-critical enquiries, general administrative requests, and routine technical support will be addressed once the holiday period concludes or as staff availability permits.
