How to Create a Business Email Address in cPanel
Create a professional email mailbox for your domain using cPanel Email Accounts.
To create a business email address, log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts. Click Create, then choose the domain you want to use. Enter the mailbox name, such as info, sales, or your first name. Set a strong password or use the password generator. Choose a suitable mailbox storage limit, then click Create. After the mailbox is created, click Check Email to open webmail, or use Connect Devices to find the settings for Outlook, Apple Mail, or a phone. Do not send your mailbox password to support. If your email app fails to connect, check the username is the full email address.
