How to Create an Email Account in StackCP
Create a business mailbox for your domain using StackCP Email Accounts.
To create a mailbox, log in to StackCP and open Email Accounts. Select the domain you want to use, then choose the option to add a new email account. Enter the mailbox name, such as info, sales, or your own name. Set a strong password and choose a mailbox size if StackCP gives you that option. Save the mailbox, then open webmail or copy the device connection settings for Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone. Use the full email address as the username when setting up an email app. Never share mailbox passwords with support. If email does not work, check DNS and mailbox spelling.
