How to Install WordPress with Softaculous in cPanel
Install WordPress from cPanel using Softaculous with safe beginner settings.
To install WordPress, log in to cPanel and open Softaculous Apps Installer. Choose WordPress, then click Install. Select the correct protocol, usually https://, and choose the domain where WordPress should be installed. Leave the directory box empty if WordPress should load on the main domain. Enter your site name, site description, admin username, and a strong admin password. Do not use admin as the username. Add your admin email address, then review the settings carefully. Click Install and wait for Softaculous to complete. When finished, use the WordPress admin URL shown on screen to log in and begin building your website.
