How to Point Your Domain to OnlineAudience Nameservers
Update your domain nameservers so your DNS is managed from the correct hosting platform.
Nameservers tell the internet where your domain DNS is managed. First, log in to the company where your domain was registered. Open the domain management area and look for Nameservers or DNS Management. Choose the option to use custom nameservers, then enter the OnlineAudience nameservers exactly as provided in your welcome email or client area. Save the change and avoid changing other DNS settings immediately afterwards. Nameserver changes can take several hours to update worldwide, and in some cases up to 24–48 hours. During this time, some visitors may see the old server and others may see the new one. If you are unsure which nameservers to use, open a support ticket with the domain name only.
