How to Request Cancellation of a Service
Submit a cancellation request from the client area when you no longer need a service.
If you no longer need a service, submit the cancellation request from the OnlineAudience client area. Log in and open Services, then select the service you want to cancel. Look for the Request Cancellation option. Choose whether the cancellation should happen immediately or at the end of the billing period, if both options are offered. Read any warnings carefully, especially if the service contains website files, email, radio data, or server data. Cancellation may remove access to the service, and data may not be recoverable after termination. Before submitting, download any files or backups you need. After sending the request, check for confirmation in your client area or email. Contact billing support if you selected the wrong service.
