How to View Website Logs in StackCP

Use StackCP website logs to help troubleshoot errors and missing pages.

Website logs can help explain errors, missing pages, or unusual traffic. Log in to StackCP and open Website Logs, Log Files, or the logs section for the affected domain. Choose the log type you need. Access logs usually show visitor requests, while error logs show problems generated by scripts or the web server. Download or view the latest log entries and look for the time when the issue happened. Common entries may mention missing files, permission problems, or PHP errors. Do not post full logs publicly because they may include paths or visitor information. When contacting support, include the error time, affected URL, and relevant log lines.
