- You can only change your password from the SonicPanel, it is not possible to show the password due to security reasons. The only password you can see is the time you have received a welcome email from Online Audience. If you forget your SP login password, you can use the reset link on the login screen if your email is set in the SonicPanel or you may contact Online Audience to change it.
This is because passwords are no longer shown anywhere in the SonicPanel except the first welcome or account email sent to the client. Due to security reasons, no passwords are stored in the database or in the system. We use different techniques allows us to provide %100 secure login. The only way to retrive a password is to change/reset it.
