2. Refund Eligibility

No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after this deadline. In the event that a payment is processed due to a failure to cancel the service on time, you are not entitled to a refund.


3. Limitation of Liability

You are held fully responsible for all renewal fees if a cancellation is not submitted within the specified seven (7) day notice period.

Online Audience shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from your failure to initiate a timely cancellation request.
